posing for a christmas card can be seriously tough work!  it was a dreary day over at the asheville school but we made the most of it. although she wasn't crazy about keeping on her antlers, carina did a great job just looking gorgeous! 

with a face like this, i couldn't resist taking her to the studio!  we got some great headshots to start out her modeling career...   i think she might get typecast as "pensive puppy" though!

talk about a working dog!  cindy lou, a full blooded australian shepherd, was adopted by her family 4 years ago.  those herding instincts are really sharp, but she did a great job working it for the camera!

We had the pleasure of photographing the Asheville Humane Society's 2007 Santa Paws fundraiser at Mast General Store this past Saturday!  Here are some of my personal favorites; I wish I had space for them all!  Everyone looked fantastic!  Thanks to all the supporters and participants, volunteers, Santa and his crew!
